That is the policy of these servers.
That said, if I find I have free time (rarely do), I may something for you… I cannot do this for players constantly because I don’t believe in it for survival games, even if the server crashes. Being a server provider takes a lot of real life time and money, in a day and age where gamers want these services for free. This is why the disclaimer exists.

TerdI set up a pvp / helo war at the trader last night after that crash where players could get helos and sell them. Your buddy you mentioned was there for this event, but I don’t recall you being there. Check with him. He probably got a bunch of money.
Hello,
I was playing on the server yesterday around midnight when it crashed while I was driving my Hunter, my friend Lombaxe Stark was driving his Hunter too and Elos was driving his Strider, we all three lost our vehicles because of this crash and we’d like to get them back because we took time to have enough money to pay them.
