I read this thread too, but it is a bad patch, since as soon as Arma patches the root cause, all servers with this patch will be broken. BIS / Arma team is planning to patch the death issue soon. We need to wait for the real fix from them.

EDIT Eichi: Be aware this is NOT a fix, but a workaround. This will break your server in case Arma updates.There was a player begging for a fix to having his screen still blury after death. Today I ran across a fix, looks like others are having this issue too.
