Removable of FuMS missions package due to heavy usage of "triggers"

Missions reduction-
For now, I had to remove the FuMS missions package from the server, due to FPS being barely playable. I left the bandit missions online still, but due to the design of that system, it still causes bad FPS on the server. In both cases, it is likely the developers use TRIGGERS programming techniques, which cause poor server side FPS issues and translate this bad performance to all clients that connect… This is exactly the same programming techniques the Exile devs are removing in the next 9.36 patch.

When there is time, I plan to look into some missions package without use of expensive hardware intensive operations. For now, we can all enjoy better performance and fight roaming AI, zombies, other players, and the SEM bandit missions I helped convert from Epoch mod.
